    START on Midlothian Ave
    Bear left on Midlothian Ave (turns into 29th Vve)
    Right on Cambie St (north in the northbound lanes)
    Continue down Cambie and over Cambie Street Bridge
    Bear right exiting the bridge taking the off ramp onto Pacific Blvd (east)
    Continue east passing BC Place & Rogers Arena
    Sharp left on Quebec (turns into Columbia after Keefer)
    Pass the Dr. SunYat-Sen Chinese Garden
    Left on W Pender St. continue through Chinatown Gates
    Left on Homer
    Left on Robson St
    Right on Hamilton (turns into Mainland St)
    Right on Helmcken St and a quick left on Hamilton
    Left on Davie St
    Right on Pacific Blvd (into the westbound lanes)
    Cross at Richards from westbound to eastbound lanes on Pacific

    Continue on Pacific until Granville St Bridge
    Left onto Granville (under the bridge)
    Right onto Beach Ave
    HALFWAY Continue west on Beach around English Bay into Stanley Park (turns into Park Drive)
    Continue into the park to Second Beach
    Left into the parking lot
    Exit parking lot onto Park Drive with a hard left
    Proceed west on park Drive to the Tree in the middle of the road - Turnaround
    Return east on Park Drive

    Left on Lost Lagoon Drive and around Lost Lagoon
    Left through the underpass keep left heading north up Pipeline Rd
    Right back onto Park Drive
    Follow Park Drive around Brockton Point
    Bear left into the parking lot after entrance to the Aquarium at Avison Way and onto the seawall
    Bear right (south) on Denman St off seawall
    Left on Georgia St
    Bear left onto Pender
    Left on Burrard
    Left on Hastings St to FINISH line
