If you are from any neighborhood in the Greater Vancouver Area & the Lower Mailand we invite YOU to join us:

• Community-based
• School bands
• Local amateur bands
• Dance Groups
• Local amateur DJs
• Cultural and Heritage Music

Participating Rules:

• Groups must reflect the diversity, neighborhoods, and culture of Vancouver
• Groups must apply by submitting a Sign Up Form and be approved for participation
• Groups can sign up for a specific station location, first come first serve
• Each group will have a Captain and will collaborate with Community Engagement Coordinator to plan and prepare leading up to event
• Groups are responsible for their own equipment including generator if power is needed
• All groups must not hand out any solicitation items to participants and spectators
• Group signage must not conflict with any event sponsors
• All groups must respect and adhere to all city noise bylaws and safety rules pertaining to runner and course safety as directed by the Race Director
