To be the first choice for all levels of runners for their west coast marathon and running events while representing Vancouver’s urban lifestyle and natural beauty.

  1. To create a positive event experience for everyone.
  2. To invigorate the event through its brand, look and feel and build on the ‘experience the energy’ promise.
  3. To build partnerships with sponsors, service providers and suppliers and other stakeholders.
  4. Elevate the awareness and value for the volunteer.
  5. To build an integrated marketing and communications program.
  6. To develop solid operational methods and good planning of venues and courses.
  7. To create supplemental market opportunities.
  8. To have a sustainable event through effective financial and administrative management.
